Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to you
We take great care in packing every order before it leaves our facility. Once dispatched, the shipment is handled by our courier partner and is subject to their terms. Please read below to understand what we can and cannot help with.
Cancellations
- Before dispatch: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 9727079109). A full refund will be issued.
- After dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind after dispatch.
Eligible Refunds
We accept refund or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Wrong item sent: If you received a different product or size than what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will correct it at no extra cost.
- Missing item: If part of your order is missing from the package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what was received.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Damage in transit: Once the order is handed to our courier partner, Vediq Spices is not responsible for any damage, leakage, or loss that occurs during transit. Please raise a complaint directly with the courier service if your package arrives damaged.
- Opened or used products — as these are food items, we cannot accept returns on opened packages for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products returned without prior communication with us.
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
- Delay in delivery caused by the courier partner or circumstances beyond our control.
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- For UPI/bank transfers, refunds typically reflect within 3–5 business days after processing.
- For card payments, please allow up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
