Vediq Spices is a food products brand based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We manufacture and sell artisan spice blends directly to consumers across India through our website vediqspices.in. Our products are FSSAI licensed (Lic. No.: 20726032000518).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on vediqspices.in, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place any orders.

3. Products

  • All products are food items (spice blends) manufactured in small batches in Vadodara, Gujarat.
  • Product descriptions, ingredients, and images on the website are for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible.
  • We reserve the right to change product formulations, packaging, or pricing without prior notice.
  • Shelf life and storage instructions are printed on each package. Please store as directed.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Shipping charges are additional and calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
  • We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets through our payment partners.
  • Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received or is disputed.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
  • In the event that a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vediq Spices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
