Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a WhatsApp/email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Gujarat (local): 1–3 business days
  • Neighbouring states (Maharashtra, Rajasthan, MP): 3–5 business days
  • North & South India: 4–6 business days
  • East & Northeast India: 5–8 business days
  • Remote areas (J&K, Ladakh, Islands): 7–12 business days

Weight surcharge: Orders over 1kg incur an additional ₹50; over 2kg, add ₹25 per extra 500g.

Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
  • We will investigate with our courier partner and provide an update within 2 business days.
  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery attempts.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order only while it is in Pending status. Once your order moves to Processing, it can no longer be cancelled — this is because your spices are already being freshly prepared for dispatch.
